Return & Exchange Policy

Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of most regularly priced merchandise for exchange or refund if it is post marked within 14 days of your receipt of the product or as permitted under the holiday return periods listed below. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. No credits or exchanges will be issued if there is evidence of wear. Sales merchandise cannot be returned. Shipping and gift wrap service charges are non–refundable.
Items not post marked within the return period will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. If your return does not meet the above return criteria, it will be shipped back at your expense. 

Holiday Return Periods:

Although our standard return period requires that merchandise be returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of the goods, the following exceptions apply to facilitate holiday gift–giving:

  • Holiday gifts purchased from November 15th onwards may be returned to us no later than January 15th.

Shipping Your Return:

All goods must be returned with the packing slip that we included with your merchandise. Using the packing slip as your return form, you must mark the items you wish to return or exchange and the reasons for the return. Send your return to our business office by attaching the return address label on the bottom of your packing slip. Please insure the value of your goods. We are not responsible for items lost in transit; we recommend you use a reputable shipper that allows you to track your package and retain your proof of mailing. Please be careful when unpacking and repacking merchandise to avoid causing damage to delicate items.
Please note that purchases made from the website are not returnable or exchangeable at any retailers carrying our goods.

Processing Your Return:

Once we have received your return, please allow up to one week for us to inspect enclosed goods before issuing the exchange or refunding your credit card. Your credit card will be refunded when all garments have been determined to be in their original condition. In the event of an exchange, if your desired replacement is not in stock, we will offer you a refund. Please allow one billing cycle for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Any difference incurred in an exchange — whether a credit or an amount due — will be placed on the credit card used to pay for the original purchase. All refunds will also be credited to the card used for the original purchase. If an exchange requires multiple shipments, the appropriate shipping and handling fees will be charged to the credit card used to pay for the order.
